'A fantastic location, a wonderful stylish room, and a beautiful cottage. The owner was also very courteous and communicative. Everything should have been perfect. Unfortunately, the major problem was the indifferent and unhelpful attitude of the cottage front desk and call center. After checking out and leaving the property, we realized that our child had left jackets in the closet. We immediately tried to go back inside to retrieve it, but that turned out to be impossible.
