« Everything was excellent. Check-in process was easy, the condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and evenings after dinner. Taking nice walks around the property and with the Snake river right next to us was awesome. We also enjoyed the hot tub. »

« The condo is immaculate, as is the entire building. Even the garage. Cleanest garage I’ve ever seen. Proximity to everything can’t be beat. There’s a great Mexican restaurant a stone’s throw away. I’d be happy to stay in this very same unit again some day. »

« My toddler and I stayed here as a short vacation while my husband had work to do elsewhere in Colorado and had my parents join us. It was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Behind the condos is a walking path near the river and was a terrific bonus! The balcony was fun to watch squirrels from. Very comfortable, mostly toddler friendly (balcony has a few gaps and the railing is climbable), and clean. Whenever we come back to Summit County, we will aim to stay here again! »

« The condo had a nice mountain vieq from the terrace deck. Mostly a quiet resort, accomodated by a single garage, accessing the condo easily. The kitchen rooms had the essentials, slow cooker, toaster, and dinnerware settings for 4 people. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it wasn't great when dispensing the coffee. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable, bathroom and showers were fine. We saved money preparing our own meals most of the time there. Breckenridge is expensive to eat...

« Clean and comfy. Lots of space to gather and enjoy time with each other (roomy). Kitchen was packed with all the essentials and many more wonderful accoutrements. We picked this place mostly because it was an easy 10 minute walk to the Dillon Amphitheater, but the cozy space and furnishings inside added a lovely touch to our getaway. Being able to park in the garage made it very convenient. There is an elevator, so be sure to seek it out. So helpful when lugging everything to and fro. It had a...

« What a beautiful condo. The owner has thought of virtually everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The mountain views in winter are stunning. In spring and summer it feels like living in a tree house surrounded by aspens. There are plenty of nearby trails to hike and maybe see a moose or fox. Do be sure to read the description carefully as this is a second floor condo and no elevator access. Great place, we'd definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family. »
