'First visit back since the Grand Reopening after the remodels, etc. Was fantastic. Everything simply amazing.'

'Expected more updated rooms (beds and bedding could have been taken up a notch) with less glitches (TVs weren’t working properly, WiFi was a challenge) for the price. The all inclusive mini bar, champagne at check in were all nice touches but a bit outdated for the cost, especially as it’s not on the ocean.'

'The property is an old school family retreat. The amenities have improved over the years. The pool areas is much cleaner and more upscale than it used to be. The beach services are amazing, as is the new Walnut Lounge (Bar on the Beach). I absolutely love this property. The private beach is fabulous. 'This house is very well stocked, it even has spices for use. Beds were comfortable and there is an abundance of extra linens. The sauna was a great bonus. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. The outside casita has a stellar bathroom, however there’s only a small pull out couch in there but they do have a nice topper for it. Imo the only thing lacking is an outdoor table and chairs. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay there again'

'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '

'The Shorehouse at the Del Coronado has amazing views and a perfect location for vacationing in Coronado, California. We’ve always had amazing weather and very nice staff and visitors to meet. This tends to be our favorite vacation each year.'
