'One of my favorite places to stay. So convenient and beautiful views. Plus the staff is super friendly. The only room for improvement is with the elevators. The garage elevators to the hotel are always finicky but this trip, someone got stuck in one. I was nervous to use it after that and just walked to and from the garage instead. Not great when you have luggage, though.'

From luxury perspective, the staff should do much better to acccomodate to requests and not just simply “sorry such and such is unavailable”…… if we want to keep it a 5 star hotel it would be nice if staff kicks it up a notch and go out of their way to accommodate simple requests such as forks and knives for a guest even though kitchen is closed'

'The private beach is lovely, the tennis courts are well maintained, the restaurants are good quality and the overall ambience is full on vacation vibes. The rooms are not fancy but are comfortable.'

'This house is very well stocked, it even has spices for use. Beds were comfortable and there is an abundance of extra linens. The sauna was a great bonus. The location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. The outside casita has a stellar bathroom, however there’s only a small pull out couch in there but they do have a nice topper for it. Imo the only thing lacking is an outdoor table and chairs. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay there again'

'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '
