'Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)'

'This place is not a hotel , lighting is dark throughout. They have a 2 feet splash pool . I ended up with unexpected charges like I didn’t know they charge resort fees for what ???? And I was running late on checkout another $75 and I was informed if I needed more time even 10 minutes I would be charged another $75.'

'Our stay was great! The location is amazing and in a walkable area of condado. The air conditioning in the room was very strong. We did have an issue checking in because the link they sent was not clickable. Also note that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilets and the shower water temperature was hard to control (either really hot or really cold) with weak pressure. 'Hotel was very nice, had everything on site, restaurants, cafe, casino, bars, pools, and the beach front. AC was amazing and the rooms were clean perfect sized. Location was great, had convenient stores nearby and all types of restaurants/food all around and even a church that was walking distance. Close to old San Juan and airport. Uber was inexpensive so greatly recommended. Staff and in general, Puerto Rican people were very hospitable and humble.'
