With a well-stocked kitchen, roomy living area and bedrooms, fireplace and wood stove, and fun indoor pool/poker table/skee ball available, the house suited the chilly mornings and evenings in mid-March. « This property is a sight to see! It’s located just far enough away from downtown Davis to feel remote yet it was also convenient for daily outings. Our summer stay was rich with wildflowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds zooming around the yard. The mountain views from any window and the upstairs balcony were stunning. « We loved our Easter in Davis! Our cabin was wonderful! The property was great and our kids had a wonderful time playing near the creek. We saw deer each day walking through the backyard. Rooms and beds were comfy! Lovely place! »

« Loved that this house is right on the slopes! Very clean and tidy. Beds felt comfortable and the house was well supplied with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. »

« Lovely location. Comfortable stay. The house does not have AC and I missed that detail during booking but with the windows open and fans provided, it was comfortable. Great views. Kids loved the games and puzzles provided. Definitely need 4wd in snow but perfectly fine gravel road in summer for any car with normal clearance. »

« We really loved our stay at Big Bear Little Bear! The home was so comfortable with lots of space for everyone. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, caving, and enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery. Visitors should be warned however to bring their own food as it is really difficult to find a place to dine nearby and grocery stores are hard to find and not close.
