The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « I travel A LOT for business and for pleasure with the wife. This Cranberry Hotel is one of my favorites for a nice long weekend.
This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Great value for the money, restaurant/bar right beside it.
Centralized for all of the activities around Cheat Lake WV. »
« Excellent stay at the River House Lodge. Our host Tim was a very accommodating and gracious host. He went out of his way to show us the local attractions and teach us the history of this area. The mountains, and river were beautiful! The lodge itself was charming with many antiques. We'd like to return in the Fall. Tim&Stefanie »
« Clean and comfortable stay. Rooms and common area very modern and clean. There were a number of kids sports teams staying at the hotel while we were there so the pool area was very lively! Breakfast options limited but still nice to have included. A number of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Downtown and WVU a few miles away. Would stay again! »
