'AC did not seem to cool down when put on lower temperature.Bidet function toilet doesn't work. Drain is not cleaned and was a little clogged. It was very gross. Breakfast buffet was cold. Luggage doesn't fit under bed, taking up a lot of space.'

'Clean and neat hotel, very good location, also with regarding to metro station. Akasaka-mitsuke station has a very good connection to almost all metro lines in Tokyo. Hotel room was small, but we could make it work. We prefer to sleep with the window open but it couldn’t be opened fully, which was the only negative thing to the room.'
