'Ik vind de ligging van de hotel is goed. Goed bereikbaar met de bus naar het centrum. Strand is op het loop afstand. Zwembad is heel erg groot en met de bar. Heel erg leuk. 3 zwembaden gebben ze. Wordt alles in de gaten gehouden. Veilig dus! Hotel is best wel schoon, maar de gasten maken snel vies. Heel veel gezinnen met kinderen. Ze maken veel lawaai. Wat we minder leuk vinden. We hebben volpensoen genomen. En mogen geen drinken pakken bij de lunch en dinner. We moeten die tegen betaling. We...

'Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. Windows in room do not lock so noise outside kept us awake at night, Overall we enjoyed our break but would never go back to this hotel.'

'Goed ontvangen. Kamer was onvoldoende Niwuwe kamer upgrade gekregen. schoongemaakt. Vooral badkamer en toilet waren vies.'

'My Pretty Payma was great for our type of stay. A few days to visit family. We knew that the hotel was in the middle of a busy (could be loud) touristy area so it didn't bother us. Considering it all, it was actually pretty quiet to sleep there at night. They have pretty solid windows. a nice little kitchen and even a washer for laundry. Everything was good. I wish the sink was a little bigger - would be more comfortable to wash/brush teeth... but not a deal breaker. thank you !'

'All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx'
