'Our family enjoyed a perfect week at this property. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4, with a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was bright and felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. 'Een zeer ruim en prachtig appartement met een nieuwe goed uitgeruste keuken en een nieuwe moderne badkamer. Ruime bedden met goede matarassen. De ligging is perfect in het oude stadsdeel van Benidorm. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke jonge man die samen met hulp van zijn moeder alles doet om je tevreden een mooi verblijf te garanderen. Restaurants en terrasjes in overvloed in de direct omgeving. We komen hier zeker terug!'

'Nossa estadia superou as expectativas, o apartamento da Sandra é muito bem distribuído, de bom gosto e bem equipado. E a Sandra é uma excelente anfitriã,super atenciosa,quando precisamos dela ,prontamente nos atendeu. Com certeza retornaremos bem como iremos indicar a amigos.'

'Just before arriving, i could reach the agency. At the end I had to call, from that moment communication was fine. The place is clean. There is some supplies in the kitchen to use. Locationwise, use the bus to get into the city, beach is quite close. I would go stay here again.'

'Het was heel warm voor de tijd van het jaar , een zonnetent of parasol en een ventilator is hier geen overbodige luxe, verder was het heerlijk vertoeven.'

'Me pareció muy bonito el piso, tiene todas las comodidades, el barrio de San juan, el supermercado Consum cerca, la playa a un kilómetro, mercadillo en San juan para disfrutar de todo natural de sus propias Recoleta. Y los propietarios muy majos! No hay mejor y repetiré para los próximos años.'

'Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in de villa van conny en manny. Het huis was groot, schoon en echt alles was aanwezig. Fijn was de watercooler welke ook heet water had. Het zwembad met chill lounge was geweldig. Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.'

L’appartement est très bien équipé et propre la clim est un gros plus car en plein mois d’août! Les propriétaires sont très disponibles à la moindre question est très sympathique. Merci beaucoup .'

'Excellent location. Communication with Antonio was excellent regarding entry. Would recommend.'

'Toutefois il y a 2 problèmes : - l'unique salle de bain/wc étant située dans la chambre est d'un usage très peu pratique pour la 3e personne qui dort dans le salon ( difficile à modifier ) - il n'y a ni volet ni double rideau aux fenêtres du salon, la personne qui y dort est réveillée par la lumière au levé du jour ( il est facile dy remédier)'
