'Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations'

'Clean'

'Staff was very nice and helpful (especially Leon who's amazing!!) We ordered a day trip to TamCoc from the hotel and it was perfect. The location is great and the area too . The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice and tasty. '

'The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.'

'Hotel Rey was incredible! Ngoc was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with a late checkout which was most appreciated!'

'I have never stay in a hotel where the owner treats you like a family I didn’t want to leave if one day I return to Hanoi I will definitely stay there again'

'No natural light. No windows.'

'good'

'Mooi hotel, goede lokatie. '

'Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.'
