'The lodge was perfect for us. Cosy, warm, all facilities, utensils, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, luxury toiletries, spotlessly clean and private. A peaceful haven to recharge away from city life.'

'The cottage was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The property is very clean, in terrific condition and very rustic. I highly recommend and congratulate the owner for their hard work on this. The only thing that people should be aware of is that the country road leading to the property is quite rough so careful driving around the potholes is required. However, this should not detract from people visiting this lovely cottage. '

'An amazing place to stay with so much to see. We were given a warm welcome and a tour of the animals. Everything is thought of from some welcome treats in the van to a little play area in a stable. This is a working rescue centre so don't expect folly farm but speak to Tim and the crew who will tell you the animals stories and why they are here. '

'Absolutely perfect stay. Private, peaceful stay. Immaculately clean, nothing to want for. Everything was there. Surrounded by sheep, horses , stunning views. Private hot tub. We floated in the hot tub listening to the owls hooting... amazing. '

'We were luck enough to have an earlier check in and the check in was easy and everything ready for us on our arrival. We had ordered a breakfast hamper of local produce and all was ready in the hut. The hut was bigger than it looks and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Everything you could think of was in the hut. 'I rarely leave reviews but this place really does get 5 stars for everything. Beautiful location, complete privacy, and all amenities you could need. We stayed in the safari tent which was well above our expectations. Great communication from the hosts too! '
