'We had a very comfortable and clean room 10/31. The bed slept very nicely! Where the problem arose for me was the next morning. So I was directed by someone else over to the restaurant where they had plenty of muffins. I was gonna grab a couple and the very same woman that had directed me over to the...

'Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.'

'Very helpful staff and breakfast was excellent'

'Nice for the price'

'nice place'

'From the time I checked in, I had lots of issues. The first room I checked into smelled horrible and foul was moved to another room and when I finally got on path and ready to watch television, the TV did not work. So then I was moved to another room where the TV came on, but you cannot use the television guide. I spent two days in this hotel will definitely not go back.'

'Room was clean and spacious. Coffee 24/7. Breakfast had plenty of options to fill thy belly. Only issue I saw was maybe the pool could stay open 1 more hour in the evening. Otherwise it was a great stay.'

'Comfortable beds and room furniture. Roomy bathroom.'

'This is one of the cleanest places to stay in the Grand Rapids/Grandville area. Great staff and nice rooms.'

'This hotel has people handing around outside. I requested room service came back later that night and room hadn’t been touched.'

'Standard Hampton Inn with a chinese restaurant and a Chili's within 2 min walk. Also a big meijer on the other side of the street.'

'I arrived and told that my room was canceled only to find one or two people working and the nice women offered to clean a dirty room the best she could. Expedia helped for over an hour when I called. I will never stay at a tru by Hilton again. People were cutting hair next to the pool and the lobby was full of people that weren’t staying there. The staff was rude except for the woman that cleaned our room. The manager or owner in plain clothes was yelling at a staff women in a green...

'Prima kamer.'

'Prima hotel want double tree maar niet zo goed zoals sommige andere double tree.'

'Fijn hotel om zakelijk in te verblijven'

'TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.'
