'Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche pour une durée d’une semaine. Le propriétaire était présent, il n’y a pas eu d’attente. L’appartement se trouve dans un petit renfoncement assez classique des anciennes bâtisses. On entre sur un jardin entretenu avec un beau volume (barbecue, table pour manger et petit salon de jardin). 'Bon gîte à prix raisonnable.Accès routier un peu difficile car très petite rue en pente. Attention à ne pas se fier entièrement à Google qui nous a fait prendre un sens unique à l'envers. 'We stayed one night. In 350 meters you can be in the medieval city. Travel 50 meters down the hill, turn on the path and you are there. Such a perfect location. Paul was great and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely dinner at the Sarl le Creneau and saw Remparts et Lumieres at night. We had a wonderful day exploring the village during the day. We would definitely come back and stay again.'

'Really well situated - just on the edge of the Bastide and about 15 minutes walk from the walled town. Lovely home with a small pool and excellent outdoor kitchen. It had all the facilities we needed. Our host was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.'

'The house was nice. However the advertisement was really misleading as there were no comfortable sun chairs on the terras and the outside table was not horizontal so your glass would move off. Furthermore there was no dish washer, no dryer, no CD player and no coffee machine. The shower was really old and the shower door couldn't be closed. Ook is er een kast vol spelletjes. In de omgeving is zeer veel te bezichtigen en te doen. Vanuit het huis kun je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. "Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! Negative: we stayed in a deluxe room in the ***star Mommerency. Small rooms/bathroom, noisy at times, clean but tired looking. Shower/bath: only hot water because the thermostat button was stuck solid. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Ofcourse you do pay less than in the main building and we did not spend much time in our room. "
