'Excellent Service'

'Staff is very friendly, but the food wasn't the best. This was our 2nd time going to grand palladium. Our 1st visit was amazing! But the 2nd time around, things weren't great. We're planning our trip back next year, so hopefully by then, the few problems we had will be resolved, but overall we had a great time.'

'Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.'

'Loved everything about this resort.'

'Ontvangst met een drankje, leuk huisje direct aan zee, elke dag schoonmaak, genoeg ligbedjes, fiets verhuur, supermarktje vlakbij, leuk winkeltje, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hele lieve vrouwelijke manager, bohemian gevoel. '

'No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well.'

'The rain shower head did not work. Had to shower using the hand held wand. Also the safe had to be worked on by the staff before we could use. This was room 40. The bar was very good. The bartender who worked the afternoon shift on Sunday was very attentive.'

'The beach chairs with umbrella were nice. The beachfront is mellow and clean.'
