'I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this resort. From the beginning, the service was frustrating. We had to call multiple times just to get a blow dryer and to have the mini fridge restocked. Unfortunately, those were minor issues compared to what happened during our stay. We traveled as a large group and had approximately 10 rooms, and nearly every room had some type of problem. We saw more than one cockroach, and my daughter also had roaches in her room.
