Villa's in Costitx

'Pros: Het huis heeft een ziel en is prachtig gelegen. Er zijn veel gezellige plekjes in het huis. Ideaal om te verblijven met gezinnen. De kamers boven zijn wel kleine zolderkamertjes dus enkel geschikt voor kleinere kinderen die ook een trap af kunnen. Meisjes van 8 jaar sliepen in het kleinste kamertje en daarnaast sliepen 2 jongens van 10 en 14 jaar. Voor ons gezelschap super! Het zwembad is top en de andere kamers zijn zeer ruim en gezellig. 'The owners are lovely and very charming and greeted us very warmly - the property however isnt well suited for a family with young children. The pool is absolutely tiny and so small its barely usable, I found the pictures quite misleading in that regard. The house is very dark with few light sources, and there is no AC so the house is not suitable for holidays in August. We found it very expensive for what it is. The gardens are lovely and very well kept. '

'The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool at the rear of the property. Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. Overall a lovely 10 nights stay , beach only a 10 minute drive away and Lidl about 5 minutes away. Thanks Graham & Nicola '
