The location, the spaces rooms, the comfortable beds, the amazing swimming pool, the outside kitchen and the large private ground makes the villa a perfect place to stay with friends or family. The villa is located approximately 5 minutes driving by car from the city Manacor and the supermarket Lidl. When you are with a group of 16 friends, the party is always at the villa. 'The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.'

'Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough'

'My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. 'The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.'

'The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..'

'Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Alles war super - besonders die Betten! Keiner von uns (10 Erwachsene) hat bisher so gut in einer Finca geschlafen :-) Kleiner Nachteil ist die Ausstattung der Küche - wir mussten beim ersten Einkauf eine große Pfanne kaufen, um für 10 Personen kochen zu können. WLAN gibt es nur im Untergeschoss und direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer- kann entschlacken aber auch manchmal etwas nerven, da der Empfang in der Gegend generell eher schlecht bis gar nicht...
