'Felt very welcomed and taken care of by the attentive staff. The entire facility was new, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two rooms, and they accommodated our family well. The location is great - close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. The gym was small, but it was never crowded. Highly recommend if you don’t feel the need to have a pool. '

'Excelente staff. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, carpet was dirty and old, walls were cracked , a lot of spiders in the room. Breakfast was okay, only one person working in the breakfast area, poor employee, in high season, this area needs to be reformed.'

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'Our favorite and only place we stay on Coronado. Beds are comfortable, property is clean and feels safe. Pool and outdoor area are lovely and staff is always friendly and helpful! It’s nice to see the same faces every year we come. We also love the free bikes that are available to use, as well as beach chairs, wagon, etc'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '
