The ceiling was very dirty, there were red drops above the couch and the heating was very dirty and dusty
My 1 year old son picked a nail out of the heating element.
We are very happy with the hotel, but there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Gedateerde kamer. Thermostaat stond op 30. Gehorig. Deuren strak afgesteld en slaan in de nacht hard dicht. Kleine gebreken in badkamer. Bij inchecken moesten we 400 kronen als borg betalen met creditcard voor eventueel gebruik van minibar of ontbijt. Parkeergelegenheid prima. Maar voor het overig naar mijn mening zeer duur voor wat je krijgt. Betaling borg is echt een afknapper.

Enorm hotel en maar een paar kamers bezet vanwege covid19. Bar en restaurant was helaas gesloten, maar dat is begrijpelijk. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. Kamer op de 21e verdieping uitkijkend over kopenhagen. Prachtig! Kamer is goed en alles wat je wilt hebben vanuit zakelijk oogpunt. Nette badkamer, goed en groot bed, bureau en een goede zetel. Alles netjes schoon en gevulde minibar.
Locatie is ook goed met ruime parkeergelegenheid en 10 mins van het vliegveld.

We had a very good stay here. The room was comfortable clean and the bed was soooo comfy. A big choice of foods for breakfast and really helpful attentive staff. It’s a good base for stayin in Copenhagen. A nice walk into the centre across the river. We usually stay more centrally but would recommend here to anyone coming for the first time ☺️

One of the most horrible stays - GHOST HOTEL
The staff at the hotel was very friendly, though I experienced several times, that there has been other people inside the room, not just when I wasn’t in the room, but also during the night and even when I was showering. Things inside the room was being moved around, and at the same time, which made the stay very uncomfortable, and the hotel staff acted like nothing was wrong!!

Don’t use do not disturb sign, or they’ll disturb
The room itself was very nice and comfortable, view was great. Unfortunately my stay went downhill when 2 members of staff turned up at my door knocking repeatedly at 8pm, after a few knocks i gathered it wasn’t just housekeeping, upon answering the door i was met by a male and female member of staff who said they were checking everything was okay as my do not disturb sign had been on my door for a long time… seems ironic? As a solo traveller i leave the sign up always when I'm in my room and tale it down when i head out, as i had done earlier that day. This interaction quite frankly creeped me out and made me feel very closely watched and quite paranoid for the rest of the night wondering why they had been watching my door.

Dejligt hotel, men med et fjernsyn der hele tiden slukkede efter nogle minutter. Jeg påtalte det, men det blev ikke udbedret.

Staff at the reception were not welcoming at all. Didn’t show any empathy towards the guests as we couldn’t load our email confirmation even though their internet service was down they expected us to have everything ready for them. We had to walkaround for couple of hours until they have service
