This property is just as pictured. We did have some glitches once we arrived and checked in. We contacted the owner while there and he was very helpful. He's also working on a few other things that we encountered. I have no doubt that he'll have them corrected. This is a really neat property! It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes suitable for kids, too, which I appreciate (plastic!). Lots of silverware, too! Cool garage conversion to a "media" type room. Comfortable beds. Give it a try!

The property was clean, check-in was easy, and the interior was generally as described. However, several issues made the stay disappointing for the price.Parking was difficult, with only one dedicated space and very limited street parking on narrow streets. The house was poorly stocked for four days: no paper towels, only two trash bags, and only washcloths in place of kitchen/bathroom towels, with nowhere to discard them after use. The bathroom towels were also low quality and the toilet paper was single-ply.Two upstairs ceiling fans did not work, although portable fans were provided. The curtains throughout the house could not actually be closed because the support brackets prevented the panels from sliding properly. The biggest issue was the A/C. The house was 80F when we arrived. The thermostat was programmed to automatically increase to 78F at 11:30 PM and again at 6:30 AM - times when most people are sleeping. The first night, the minimum setting was 62. The next two nights, the hosts changed it to 65 minimum, and on the final night the minimum was raised to 70. I contacted the hosts because the house was uncomfortably warm and they would only lower the minimum to 67, which was still too hot and my subsequent request to them to lower it back to 65 was ignored. My 83 year old grandmother ended up having to sleep downstairs on the couch because upstairs was simply too hot.The property has potential but there are a few issues that need addressed.
