I responded if they had another property with a pool. They told no they were going to refund me my money back. So in other words they used thier authority and cancelled my booking so that they could enjoy thier selfs and inconvenience me and my family. I wouldy refer them to no one. 'Postives: Brand new washer and dryer Huge place, plenty of room Lovely back seating area-no mosquitoes! Negatives: Cement walkway from the parking was literally crumbling and the senior citizens in our party had issues. Not a great parking situation. Roaches-send someone to pick up all the dead (and living) roaches before your guests arrive. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner Kitchen is bare bones No extra blankets or throws. We got coldish at night.'
