The water was shut off for 24 hrs and they only gave me 12 hr warning and stated that I received notification but showed them I never did and gave me attitude about it and said well it was posted in the elevator. The guy at the reception I think Enrique had bad customer service and bad attitude. 'Excellent base for our stay. Hosts very responsive to questions. Great view from the apartment, and use of the pool which it overlooks. A/C in both main rooms helped one to remain comfortable throughout our stay. Very well equipped apartment. Need Uber or taxi to reach the old town but easily available. Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and beach very nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.'
