'Clean room, and very helpful staff'

'We enjoyed our 1 month stay here overall. The staff were very helpful and friendly (despite the language barrier). There were a few times we had some issues, I sent a message on WhatsApp and they sent someone to help in a timely manner. The cafe on the ground floor had great pastries and coffee :) We couldn't try the restaurant on the roof as we were told there were no vegetarian dishes. It has an excellent location near all the best restaurants, it was super clean, has gorgeous rooftop pools, is well equipped with kitchen supplies, and is located on a beautiful square at Plaza Fernandez de Madrid. The location has kinds of amenities at your fingertips, including a grocery store, ATM, tour agency, etc. Jamie had all kinds of excellent suggestions which made us have a very full week. 'The first room we got apartment was terrible, the second room did not even fit 2 twin beds, they were place one in front of the other in a line, we moved to another unit AFTER 2 DAYS and it was fine '
