'Excellent modern facility'

'i really love the place, but i had and inconvenience that was at the check in, they didn't have the apartment that i paid for, they made me wait but we had a tour that we were gonna be late to because we couldn't get ready, they try to resolve it at that moment but offer me to give me 2 standard rooms instead, and on the next day they promise to give me what i paid for, the next day came and when we were back from a tour, they gave us an standard apartment, when what i paid for was a confort...

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'Erg fijn hotel op een zeer goede locatie in Bogota. Restaurantjes in de buurt, maar het restaurant in het hotel is echt geweldig! Ontbijt is erg goed, maar ook het avond eten is top. Goed bed, fijne kamer. Ik kom zeker terug! '
