'My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer.'

'They should update their listing as this property is more short term rental than hotel and daily housekeeping is not really included in the price. They did accommodate alternate dates housekeeping and daily towels after showing what the listing stated,which was reasonable for us.With that clarification, great place to stay. '

'Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, buen servicio. Las habitaciones no cuentan con control de temperatura, y la única forma de refrescar la habitación es abriendo la puerta del balcón que da hacia la avenida, lo cual no es factible para dormir y hay mucho tráfico y ruido durante el día. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más variedad y tener opciones más frescas y saludables. Considerando que es en Colombia, el café podría ser muchísimo mejor.'

'¡Excelente! Los espacios del chalet son muy cómodos y agradables, el espacio general de toda la propiedad donde los huéspedes pueden pasar y disfrutar el rato son muy agradables, limpios, lindos. La vista y la tranquilidad son espectaculares, la comida muy rica. Pierre y Marcela super amables y atentos. Totalmente recomendado.'
