'It wasn’t the worse hotel I’ve stayed at but not the best. There is no hot water in the shower. They don’t come by to clean/ take out the trash without charging you. The communication with the host was very hard. We were told to communicate through an i pad (that didn’t work). There is no ac in this unit it’s a very small fan. Colombia is a hot place sleeping in humid weather isn’t great.'

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'Very un reliable descriptions of rooms. Poor customer service and lack of attention to details. In consistency in rooms setups and service. Only good thing is it is close to airport and shopping mal'

'The location was perfect. It was roughly 5 mins or less from the stadium. It was very close to the Exito supermarket , cambio and a lot of restaurants that are close by. All the staff are fantastic. They were very helpful whenever I needed something and communicated well. I definitely recommend this apartment and I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had which isnt a big deal was it had a rain shower in the bathroom which isnt convenient for smaller kids but that could have been...
