'Room was spacious, clean, relaxed, quiet ( which is extraordinary in a city like Bogota) , well, the view from the window was not something to write home about. The front deske eas very helpfuul and friendly.with all essential amenities needed. '

'The service was amazing. The people who work here are really nice and friendly. Me and my family had the best summer vacation here since we arrived to leave it. We don’t have any recommendation about it because all was beautiful and perfect. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect for us. The food was great and we loved the pool and their services near it. Im sure about come back at the next summer. Thanks for everything:'

'bed noise, faucet broken. Wish they improve the quality of bedding, towers. Great location, convenient, friendly staffs, smooth checking in and out.'

'Location was the only thing I like it. Room feels like 85 degrees, too HOT. NO FAN / NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL. Morning breakfast was OK , the waitress was very CUSTOMER SERVICE Oriented, even tho I found a long black hair in my coffee cup. I had to leave the property a day in advance, cause I encountered an “ INSECT” 🕷️ in my bed ( huge ) one. After those incidents didn’t feel comfortable.'
