Las habitaciones no cuentan con control de temperatura, y la única forma de refrescar la habitación es abriendo la puerta del balcón que da hacia la avenida, lo cual no es factible para dormir y hay mucho tráfico y ruido durante el día. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más variedad y tener opciones más frescas y saludables. Considerando que es en Colombia, el café podría ser muchísimo mejor.'

'Erg fijn hotel op een zeer goede locatie in Bogota. Restaurantjes in de buurt, maar het restaurant in het hotel is echt geweldig! Ontbijt is erg goed, maar ook het avond eten is top. Goed bed, fijne kamer. Ik kom zeker terug! '

'Check in was difficult ... when we arrived the lights were off and the building seemed closed. A man spoke to us through the window to find out why we were there. We finally convinced him that we had a room reserved for the night. He let us in the building, checked us in and gave us our key. The room was as described. '
