'Good service'

'La estadía fue muy cómoda, está en una zona céntrica pero residencial, por lo que la calle no es transitada. El personal es muy amable y siempre hay alguien pendiente para ayudarte. Se descansa muy bien y la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días con tranquilidad. Mantienen el cuarto limpio y el desayuno es buffet. Lo único que considero que podrían mejorar es instalar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.'

'The property to me was very nice. It sits in a neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The room we had it came with 2 beds, a refrigerator, a stove and microwave. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that it didn't have any air conditioning. I had to open the sliding door to get cold air and that made me get the flu on my last night. Breakfast was included and service to me was very satisfying. We were able to buy drinks from the front desk and order food...

'Property was clean when I arrived, the view from the apartment was beautiful. And the communication with the property manager was excellent.'

'Room was spacious, clean, relaxed, quiet ( which is extraordinary in a city like Bogota) , well, the view from the window was not something to write home about. The front deske eas very helpfuul and friendly.with all essential amenities needed. '

'The staff is very friendly, and they made me feel at home.'

'I love the place. We just have to follow the speciañ instructions and everything was perfect.'

'This place is managed by security people rather than customer service people who make it difficult to request something, the place was unclean, and the room walls were very dirty as well as the washrooms were also abandoned. The facility was extremely noisy, and it was difficult to bring a guest in. For the price you paid, you could go to a decent hotel that cleaned and treated you well all the time for the same price.'
