Flats in San Andrés

'No hot water / chairs at swimming pool so old that you can’t comfortably sit on them / rude staff / made agreement to reimburse the last 3 days of our trip but now management of the hotel does not return the money corresponding to those nights , although we checked out 3 days earlier as compared to the original reservation '

'Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.'

'Very slow checking process it tells very clean but it is on a very noisy street a lot of traffic and street noise. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The food was so so online. It looks like they have a Jacuzzi but it’s just a cold pool with jets this hotel has a great rooftop, however they do not serve alcohol at this property it would be nice to have a glass of wine or a beer while sitting on the rooftop it is a very good value, good location and very clean'
