Flats in Coastal Georgia

'Upon arrival the check in instructions were easy to understand and the host was very fast with response if needed. The room itself was very clean and welcoming with coffee and breakfast bars, plenty of towels and extra blankets, and set at a good temperature. The pool was so great, our son loved it. We walked on the ocean to the north beach access point. It was very nice and wasnt too crowded or noisy. We also walked to hucapoos pizza and a coffee shop, that was only 0.4 miles away. 'We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth.'

'A little loud with outside noise on main street side.'

'The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!'

'Great location! Unit was good, beds are very comfortable, parking included and easy access. But, along with the great location comes a lot of noise on the weekends. Police had to physically clear the area on Saturday at 4am. Just people having a great time, but if you want sleep, this is not the location for you!!'

'Property very clean. Great location and safe. Bedroom walls are thin and most street noise and traffic was clearly audible at all hours of the night. Other than that excellent place.'

'Great location and amenities'

'The property was a great location, the common area was small for the amount of people we had.'

'Communication with the owner was phenomenal! The place was immaculate! The beds were super comfy! The cookies were delicious that they put out for a treat. The units cooled the unit. Nice location for walking. Washer & dryer a plus. They included extras like laundry pods. Look forward to staying here again in the future.I didn't want to leave I was comfortable and having so much fun!'

'It was our second time staying. Perfect size and location!'

'My team was in town for work, and I had to book this last minute. I reached out to the host, and he helped me tremendously book this- same day! He was very responsive and helpful!! This is a great host, and I recommend. The property was also perfectly equipped for a nice week-long stay. The check-in process was very easy! If the occasion arises again, I would book this again! Thank you, I appreciate it.'

'This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.'
