« We feel as though the property served its purpose with overall being nice with a great location to the beach. The pool was nice. However, our specific room needed tending to. There were a few stains on the curtains and our bedding. The bathroom floor was cracked and if stepping on it incorrectly, could injure foot. Overall, served its purpose as a place to stay close to the beach. »

« I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located. »

« The room was not cleaned from the last guest. We were on the 4th floor and the elevators were out during our entire stay. We had to take our luggage up 4 flight of stairs. All the coffe creamers, in the room and restaurant, were expired which could have made us sick. The master bedroom toilet was broken. They called someone to fix it which only lasted a day. The housekeeping staff apologized about the room and offered a free meal to the restaurant which was thoughtful. The hotel should informed...
