« The property appears to be under construction/renovation. The room was nice, not worth the price though. Floor was dirty, more obvious bc its plank wood style so dirt sticks to your feet and socks. It was the friendliest staff member though, Faith or Faye. Very nice, a bucket of information in regard to the town, State of Ga too. Very helpful. Kind. »

« I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. »

« Rooms are dated. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. The first room had no shampoo or conditioner holder in the bathroom. We woke up after the first night to roaches all over the walls. We were able to get a new room, (on the second floor). It was a bit cleaner, and the shower did have the shampoo and conditioner holders, but still no toilet paper holder. « While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. « The facility is OK. Sufficient but a little worn around the edges. The staff are all very nice and try to do their best, but some things were just lacking. No butter or cream cheese for the breakfast breads. Pancake maker did not work. The equipment in the exercise room is meager. The box of tissues in the bathroom was almost empty. Just a lot of little things that did not make the place bad, but did make it less than five-star. »

« I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned.
