The Neighborhood:

You don’t have to go far to experience Savannah’s charm, history, and local flavor. Forsyth Park - the city’s iconic 22-acre green space with its famous fountain, café, arboretum, and frequent events - is just four blocks east.



Walk down Park Avenue to the south end of the park to visit local favorites like Sentient Bean Coffeehouse, Brighter Day Natural Foods, Betty Bombers, and the American Legion Bar. Nearby, you’ll also find Local 11Ten, one of Savannah’s most highly regarded restaurants, along with the Mansion on Forsyth Park Hotel, home to piano lounges, 700 Drayton Restaurant, and an art gallery.



Within walking distance of Josephine’s Carriage House, Rumrunner’s Bakery (two blocks north on Montgomery Street) offers breakfast and lunch for dine-in or takeout.
