Waking up surrounded by nature, fresh air, and quiet mornings felt truly refreshing and uplifting for the soul. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down, reset, and appreciate the beauty around you. I would absolutely love to stay again.'

'Gardner has created an immaculate and super cozy log cabin respite decorated for our family Christmas - with mini Xmas trees, fresh sparkly flowers and homemade maple syrup! He was very attentive, responding immediately to our questions. Kitchen had all tools needed, beds and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed puzzles, crafts, and art projects at the large family dining room table. We enjoyed the air hockey game and classic childhood games. '

'The treehouse was great! It is as pictured, clean, small. The fireplace was connected to the thermostat which I thought was really cool. We got to see the animals on property which was an extra treat. There was a lot of extra spices, oils, water, coffee that we could use. Waking up with the windows all around and then going out on the balcony was so peaceful and nice. The only thing is the compost toilet smelled. We were there for one night and by the next day it smelled even putting the lid...

'The house was as advertised. Neighborhood is quaint enjoyed our morning walks to the lake. We were visiting our son at UCONN and location was convenient to campus, the Hartford football and basketball arenas (15 minutes to all). Loved the Woke Breakfast and Coffee spot in Coventry so much that we went both mornings. One "watch out", the house is an older lake cottage and may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Stairway to second floor is steep and narrow and rooms are small and...

'We loved this little cottage. Our host, Mariana, had stocked the cottage with lots of amenities. Lots of coffee, ample towels, TP, tissues, disposable toothbrushs and toothpaste, paper towels, extra blankets, even wood bricks for the fireplace! Much more than you normally find. All this made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely book again. '
