'Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well.'

'Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

'The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. 'Nice and relaxing'

'We had a lovely stay. Host was responsive and house was convenient for us. '

The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

'Centrally located with a hot tub to enjoy the cool Seattle evenings. Parking is not an issue as there was always a spot out front. Host has directions on all electronics with a very simple check in and out process that doesn't require you to strip bedding and doing laundry. Great week long stay!'

'Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again.'

'So lovely and cozy! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back without a doubt. Quiet. Comfortable. Close to bus line. Perfect.'
