Villa Marctina is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa positioned on the seafront at Cap D’Artrutx.  The villa is modern, stylish and has stunning sea views, making the most of the outside space. A short 5 minute walk will take you to a mini market, some bars and local restaurants. The resort centre of Calan Bosch is a 20 minute walk away, with a great range of bars and restaurants. and the lovely resort of Ciutadella is only a brief 15 minute drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Set along the coastal road in Cap D’Artrutx part of the Calan Bosch resort, Villa Marctina takes advantage of the stunning sea views. Watch the sunset from your private terrace, or take a 5 minute stroll down the road to the famous lighthouse bar, an iconic venue in the resort. A mini market is within 5 minutes’ walk from the villa. The beautiful marina is just 20 minutes’ walk away, where you will find a wealth of shops, bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants, catering for all palates. It's also the place to pick up a boat excursion to the nearby secluded beaches of Son Xoriguer or Cala Blanca. The stunning Calan Bosch beach is 20 minutes’ walk away. The lovely resort of Ciutadella is only a short 15 minute drive away.
