Villa's in Ciutadella de Menorca

'We stayed nine days in this very nice house in Cap d'Atrux. Spacious inside as outside. Nice pool en good sunbeds. The kitchen is well equiped so a home cooked meal is easy to do. The beds where smaller than we are used to. Everything well maintained! In less than a 10 minute walk there are lots of restaurants in a nice harbour. We recommend this place!'

'Enkele aanpassingen zou het verblijf nog veel aangenamer maken. Het huis is erg vochtig, er liggen hele oude handdoeken, totaal versleten parasol, ijskast die naar de verkeerde kant opengaat, slechts een huissleutel wat heel lastig is bij meerdere bewoners. Erg krakende deuren!'

'Goed en snel contact met eigenaar en huishoudster . Eenvoudige supermarkt in de buurt. Lekker zwemmen paar meter van appartement vanaf de rotsen. Strand iets verderop. Ciutadella, 10 km.,erg mooie sfeervolle stad en haven met gezellige eetgelegenheden en leuke winkels en prachtig museum Lithica met oud en nieuw Labyrinth van zandsteen. Verder wel wat ver vanaf van het centrum van het eiland en de rustige bounty- stranden dus auto huren wel fijn. Al met al prima vakantie en onderkomen. Thanks...

'Superbe maison, dommage qu'il n'y ait ni chauffage, ni climatisation. Pour information, nous y étions en avril et la température de la maison était de 12°C... L'emplacement est parfait et le contact facile avec l'hôte. Je recommande'

'La maison était sale, l’équipement de la cuisine en deçà de l’annonce ( nous avons eu rapidement les équipements de base après réclamations ) La maison n’est pas équipée pour 6 personnes. Par ex exemple 6 fourchettes 5 couteaux..... Table basse cassée et rafistolée Bref maison très décevante dans un quartier résidentiel bruyant car les maisons se touchent et ne sont que des locations.... Wifi de mauvaise qualité Climatisation ds 2 chambres sur 3 et pas ds le reste de la maison Le personnel 3...

'We had a clean and comfortable house within 200m of a good supermarket and a few restaurants. The local property agents(Sun Villas) were extremely helpful as was the maintenanceman. The proximity of the lighthouse made for great sunset viewing and we were within easy reach of the centre of Cala 'n Bosch and Sa Xoriguer with a good variety of restaurants. The coastal footpath runs between the lighthouse and the other resorts. The city of Ciutadella is close by for a wider experience of island...

'I stayed with my extended family, 4 adults and 2 young children, for a week in July. The property is in an excellent location, with just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week, some appliances (fridge and oven) didn’t work brilliantly but were fine for 1 weeks stay. 'Une petite maison propre dans une station balnéaire très touristique. Bien équipée, avec une Clim très efficace, un petit jardin et une piscine. Le tout entretenu par une équipe très professionnelle et disponible, à deux pas de la plage. Commerces à 100m, un quart d’heure de voiture de ciutadella. Bref, efficace.'
