'Very nice property, however... I asked at check in about late check out, I was told I had to ask later in my stay, so I asked each day, and received the same answer, cut to the chase, they KNEW based on occupancy there would be no late check out. So just tell people, it's not the end of the world, the kabuki theater was nonsense. The broken escalator was more amusing than problematic. Personal grievance aside, the Palms is the best choice within 20 miles.'

'We had a nice stay. The property is really nice and so was the staff. The shower was excellent. It was very big. The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. There were noisy people beside us the first night. They seemed to be fighting. The first floor...

'The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with all the vanity kits and amenities you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
A nice bonus was the selection of wine and beer in the refrigerated section near the front desk, offered at very reasonable prices. I would stay here again on my next visit to the USC campus.'

'Het hotel heeft nette kamers alleen had die van ons een nare geur. Het rook naar eten alsof de vorige gasten er veel gekookt hadden. De geur verdween niet na een paar dagen. Het zwembadwater was vier. Er zat een soort witte laag over het water en verder zag het er troebel uit. Het ontbijt was simpel maar prima. '
