The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. 'Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. 'The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed. The only unobscured Lakeview is from the rooftop. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again'

'It’s a nice hotel, good breakfast, clean rooms with nice friendly staff. Only issue is it’s a little further away from the old quarter but if you don’t mind taking a 20 minute drive then it’s good.'
