'The stay at this boutique hotel was excellent ! Cute, clean and comfortable. The staff were awesome explaining the technical check in process. Location met our needs to be close to family. Would love to stay there again. Municipal Parking was very convenient and close by. Loved it!'

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'Hotel is oud en heeft duidelijk onderhoud nodig. Personeel kan ook onderhoud gebruiken. Ze zijn niet vriendelijk en ook niet erg behulpzaam '

'Rumoerige kamer op de 23e verdieping alsof je de ramen open hebt op de 1e verdieping. Kamers zeer klein prijs/kwaliteit voor de kamer veel te duur. Compressor van de airco maakt veel herrie dus de klusjesman heeft de airco uitgeschakeld. Een kamer moet rust brengen in de grote stad Toronto. Ontbijt is goed-personeel is vriendelijk, maar daar slaap je niet mee.'

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Slightly dated hotel. Good overall quality. There is a $30 additional (compulsory but hidden)fee to use the amenities to be paid at check-in. Why a 5* hotel with these prices needs to do this is truely puzzling…'

'A brand new building - opened in the Fall of 2025. Very central with easy access to a streetcar station across the street. Spadina subway station is one block away. The amenities are basic, but it is a student residence after all, so come with the appropriate expectations. A very beautiful building. As a guest, you have access to the laundry room and some common spaces. I would stay here again. Similar hotels in the same area would be much more. I stayed in May of 2026.'
