'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Fijn verblijf, lagen op het 26ste verdiep waardoor we een prachtig uitzicht over de stad hadden. Grote kamer, wat verouderd maar wel netjes en proper. Wel last van lawaai van de stad (vermoedelijk geen dubbele beglazing) Ontbijt heel beperkt. Over het algemeen prijs/kwaliteit wel een fijn en aangenaam verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijk personeel! Goede locatie. '

'Slightly dated hotel. Good overall quality. There is a $30 additional (compulsory but hidden)fee to use the amenities to be paid at check-in. Why a 5* hotel with these prices needs to do this is truely puzzling…'

'We stayed in The Anndore House for the 8th time. And again we felt very welcome and at home! We were upgraded to a corner room. We really liked having extra seating space and a coffee machine. We will book at The Anndore House again in the spring!'
