Really enjoyed staying at this property. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable ac worked great. Breakfast was good the staff in the breakfast area was friendly and attentive she asked us if everything was good or if we needed anything. Pool area was nice and working order. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful, I had to leave to the airport and forgot to give something to my son and they held for him till he got there to pick it up. Very convenient gas station, Burger King and a Mexican seafood restaurant in the same are easy access to the freeway. Definitely would stay there again!!

They put us next to the elevator, pretty noisy. The hotel wasnt busy and those should be the last rooms given out and at a discount.

My wife and I was in a room 224 for a handy cap room and when I went to take a shower the water only came out of 8 hole of the shower head ,and the hose had a leak in it . I would not use the shower again . I will not be back to Comfort inn again.

Staff provided very supportive services I happened to experience some back pain sciatica and staff was attentive and offered assistance. Not much was needed, but the fact that assistance was offered was outstanding. We did not get a name but he attended the front desk on April 9th we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 pm or thereabouts.

The counter guy Art is very friendly, always provides best service. Especially this month: I got sudden sick and couldn't go on my scheduled date, tried to call the hotel and Expedia to reschedule my reservation, got denied. When Art found out I didn't show up, he then automatically offer extended help, asked his supervisor to give me(a loyal customer who goes every month) an exception and canceled my reservation for me with the refund! I will always remember his kindness, and continue book room on my monthly business trips.

The location was good for visiting SeaWorld in the zoo. But it was pretty old and the keys were very faulty. The staff were nice and had a mediocre breakfast offering

The staff was very polite and professional. The facility itself was lacking. One of the two elevators was out of order the entire stay. The coffee in the lounge was cold two days in a row. There was a wet washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we checked into our room. The only entrance to the facility was through the front but the only available parking was in the back of the facility so you had to walk from the back of the building to the front, wait for the single working elevator, then walk to the back of the facility again just to get to your room. Also, chilaquiles makes for a terrible breakfast option in a steamer tray. It's just soggy chips. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and I can see why.

-When we arrived home, we were shocked to see an additional charge for the safe... $1/night for the safe in the room (room tax) Who charges for having a safe in the room??? This is ridiculous. -The door to the pool never worked and we had to get assistance from the desk every time and had to wait a few times as they weren't at the desk. -The breakfast was ok but definitely but a bit disappointing as far as options. -The hot tub was so dirty one of the nights and it smelled like sewer... the next night it was clean and didn't smell so maybe the maintenance isn't done every night.

Received a call early in the day of my check in saying I was being sent to another hotel due to a flood at Comfort Inn. Then, a few hours later got another call saying I was being reinstated to the Comfort Inn as they had an extra room. We had a late check in. When we got there, it showed I had checked in & out the previous day. It took Steve a while to find us a room and the room was dirty. Another room was given to us but the whole experience was horrible, specially when you’re tired and just want to get some sleep. Steve did his best to find a solution and I don’t blamed him but the lady who contacted me earlier in the day with all the switching back & forth. That person messed it up. I will not be using Comfort Inn moving forward.

A liitle frayed around the edges
My second stay, both times for family business. I love the location and personnel are fine. The property is showing some wear and tear. I would also suggest a reworking of the bathroom design, at least in the roomI was in, 107. Sitting on the toilet affords a disgusting view of the sink pipes’ underbelly. There was an ill-timed problem with the TV service, as in late 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. Still unresolved on Tuesday when i checked out.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en comfort kamer
Overall the stay was ok. It was convenient to Burger King, Dennys and convenience stores and also close to the hwy. The hotel only had one elevator working and it was a pretty small elevator. This was also a busy hotel with a few interesting people in the parking lot sitting on buckets and smoking beside their car. The hotel is also located right beside a Mexican restaurant where it looks like they have live music so can’t say the people in the parking lot was there for the hotel or the restaurant. But overall the stay wasn’t bad and it was the better price I could find with short notice.
