« Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well »

Walking to Crown Point Coffee was the perfect start to every morning, and we loved coming home to a quiet neighborhood after spending the day at the beach, boardwalk, or downtown. The location is minutes from everything yet feels like a sanctuary- no airplane noise! Check in and check out were a breeze, and we feel we got a great value for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« We really enjoyed our stay in this surprising secluded hideaway in the midst of a quaint neighborhood about 5 blocks from the Windandsea Beach. Also a lovely park with a great walking path is in the other direction. The property staff were responsive to correcting a couple of things weren't quite right in the beginning. The kitchenette is well appointed to cover any cooking needs. The shower is a bit of a downside it you are over 5'6" and has a fine spray. The stone tile floor has some wear...

« The carriage house has been built at the back of a residential property. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is densifying with add-on suites and small professional offices. It is very centrally located but you do need a vehicle. We always found on-street parking available within a block or two. It takes a little while to learn about the area but there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. The carriage house itself is very well...

« The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. »
