« My reservation was purportedly for the "Quaint, Lakeside Hotel". After spending 30 minutes covering the small city I came to the conclusion that NO SUCH place in Everglades City. The rooms were, in fact at the Captain's Table and check-in was at the Ivy House (their people were extremely helpful). « Very quiet, adjacent to marina with a nice pool. Staff was very friendly and responsive. »

« The unit was cute & clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location as it is close to Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Everglades. The pool is huge and the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We did airboat rides, beach days and hiking. It was beautiful sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the boats. Great value for the money. »

« The people at the reception desk were very helpful and welcoming. The place showed its age in places, but was clean, the bed comfy and shower water hot and plentiful. The only down-side was the lack of adequate sound proofing between walls. Those in the room beside mine left their tv on all night which interfered with my sleep. »

« Our overall summary is that this is a great location, cute unit with nice furniture and comfortable bed, but there needs to be more focus put on cleaning and communication. The online description matches the unit. Modern furniture and the couch was nice to have. We did not receive details for check in or check out, but was able to check in at the hotel.
