Cottages in Chico

'Never book here, this place is not good. *Airconditioning is extremely noisy, couldn't keep up with the heat. *Found 4 cockroaches in the room *Furniture is falling apart, drawers collapse and chair is broken *Found smoke detector on the floor, smashed from the ceiling *Bed linnen was clean but worn, holes in it. *Lights are as bright as in an operation room *Faucets are leaking I payed for two nights but left after one night, just too horrible to stay in this place. Staff is friendly, but...

'Would not stay again. When we arrived there was a mattress in parking lot and a mini fridge. There was people outside smoking dope and you could smell it in your room. Pool was drained. Door you could see daylight thru it. Manager lady didn’t speak very good English:. Their advertising is false and should be taking down'

'We did not say because we rented the room specifically for the pool and the hot tub use over the weekend and when we got there they did not have a pool or a hot tub it was false advertisement I was very disappointed. The one good thing they had going for him is they did refund my money All except for the money that I had to pay on Expedia so I was out 20 bucks and I had to find somebody at the last minute that had a pool and/ or a hot tub.'
