Bedrooms on the top floor for quieter and better sleeps. 5min walk to CTA Brownline Paulina station, Divvy Bike rental; 20min walk to WrigleyField, 3 miles to beaches of Lake Michigan, 5 miles to downtown Chicago by CTA Brown Line "L" to Downtown River Walk, the Bean in Millennium Park; fast WiFi, a dedicated office room for your work hours; smart 65" TV in the Living room, smart 50'TV in Master bedroom, walk-out deck. Besides it locates an ideal, quiet, and safe neighborhood that it's walkable distance to Wrigley Field, and close to Lincoln Park Zoo, beaches, 'L' to Downtown, its most distinct factor separates from east of Lake View and Lincoln Park neighborhoods is unrestricted 27/7 free street parking, quieter, and less congestion.

We have 3 different types of coffee machine to suite your preference.A Cuisinart Automatic Grind & Brew 12-Cup Coffee Maker with Blade Grinder, a Black and Decker Programmable Coffee Maker (in the pantry), a Keurig K-Duo Single & Carafe Coffee Maker (in the pantry). We like to give you choices so that you don't need to DIY when one doesn't work for you.

This modern, bright, spacious duplex on the top of the house is a perfect place for your family/friends/group to enjoy. The house is fenced, and the doors have a smart lock. We may not be able to accommodate with early check in if someone check out on the same day you check in, but you're very welcome to leave your luggage on the patio or on the deck in the backyard. So please give me a heads up before check in so that the cleaning crew knows about the luggage in the backyard.

(Note: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms in the photos are the same room space, one with 2 sleeps, one with 3 sleeps cuz one has a twin bed and one has a trundle twin bed. The platform doesn't have a selection for a trundle bed so I demonstrate them in 2 different bedrooms.)

free unrestricted and unassigned street parking 24/7. One private parking space in the detached garage is available at an extra cost, please ask me if you're interested.

Complimentary Premium coffee with 3 options of different coffee machines; your choice of brewing your morning cup of coffee.

NOTE: In terms of an early check-in request, we can accommodate it if no one checks out on the same day as you check-in. However, you're welcome to put your luggage on the patio or deck in the backyard. Please send me a note a couple of days before you check-in.

We charge extra for the 7th number of your group. It requires extra efforts for the cleaning crew to prepare for the pull-out trundle bed and extra clean person after you check out.

Please no pets at anytime. We love pets dearly, but some of guests are extremely allegic to any residue.
