'The house was fine, clean and beds were comfortable. The boiler wasn't working when we arrived and had to be refilled which was quite complicated. One of the bedroom doors had a faulty handle which was problematic as we couldn't close that door and keep young children from accessing the stairs. There wasn't any dishwasher tablets, oil or salt and pepper, and I would expect just the very basics when a kitchen is provided. 'The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

'We had a lovely stay in the property. The only thing I'd say is there were no oven gloves or tea towels. The washing up liquid was almost finished and we didn't have enough towels. Apart from those minor things everywhere was really clean, thankfully we had fans in the rooms and dee was great at picking up messages and explaining everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again'
