'Echt een super Engelse locatie. Prima ontbijten. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke bediening. De kamers werden elke dag geruimd. De badkamer elke dag schone handdoeken. Handdoeken met een afmeting dat ik me schaamde om ze te gebruiken. Fantastisch mooie uitzichten vanaf het terras naar de zeer wijdde omgeving van Cheshire. Wij hadden er geen probleem mee, integendeel, maar het ligt op een afgelegen locatie. Een buitengewoon vriendelijke locatie. Echt Cheshire. Je moet echt met een auto komen.'

'We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. We had lunch the next day and the food (Chicken Caesar Salad especially!) was all lovely and the staff exceptional. Nice gardens. Loads of parking. 'The hotel is wonderful and also the staff is very very friendly!! One little remark, if you don’t take continental breakfast everything is 10£ more per portion… I mean, the rooms are not that cheap for Warrington, then an egg should be included in my opinion! '

'The hotel and grounds look beautiful and it’s perfectly located for many things to do in Chester. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. We found the mattress quite hard but that’s maybe our personal preference. The shower wasn’t over powerful either but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were attentive. We would stay again. '

'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'
