'Location is amazing, and the staff was nice, if you like to sleep in outdated places ... you'll love this. No fridge, no air conditioning, you hear/feel everyone move on your floor and the one above, I was even told to keep the bathroom door closed especially when taking a shower (and after) or there might be a problem with the humidity, my trash wasn't removed from the room, etc. Plus, on the picture there was a nice tv screen size in the room, when I arrived ... lets just say my laptop screen...

'The Oaklands is a nice hotel with a great bar and beer garden. It is relatively close to the centre, you can walk. The room is nothing special but everything works. Easy to park.'

'One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar. 'What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning. Such a shame the location is great and the apartment could be much better, it just needs some tlc and some return communication from the ower. I messaged them about...
