'Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. 'Mooi ruim appartement met luxe badkamers. Ligging handig als je met de auto komt. Metro richting centrum naast het hotel. Aantal substantiële minpunten: -appartement was helemaal niet goed schoon! Hier en daar stoffig, broodkruimels overal op de bank....bad/wc waren wel schoon. -ontbijt is gewoon slecht, zowel westers als Chinese buffet. Veel vieze producten, slechte en koude koffie.... -parkeren is - in tegenstelling tot wat er op Expedia vermeld staat - niet gratis!! Eerste uur 8 Yuan, uren...

'The hotel has an amazing modern design. Room is spacious, with a living area, bedroom, walk-in closet and washroom. Walkable to the most vibrant area of the city. Excellent night life around the area. '

'Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price.'

'It’s a bit off the normal tracks of Chengdu city center . There was not much around. Mostly were residential areas. I went there for business and having difficulty to find restaurants and other facilities. The entrance was under refurbishment, so both me and the taxi driver had a hard time to find the hotel. '
