'Location is in the downtown, but you will feel like going to the countryside, esp. suitable for those who like garden styles. They have multiple buildings for accommodation, so it might be the case that you have to walk to the next building to access your room or to have the breakfast from the reception tower. Walking distance is much limited though, if not raining, it's good to take a bit fresh air there. Towels are not as good as the international 5-star hotel ones, but it's value for money....

'Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages. Won't be staying at six senses again, you can get much better hotels and service for the same price.'

'51樓餐廳享用了2次晚餐，第一次食物及服務非常好，當時的男經理非常細心安排沒有果仁的麵包，隔一天第二次真的不行，最基本麵包都是焦燶的，服務及當天的女經理非常怠慢，49樓餐廳更加不行，任由她人隨意拍照走來走去，影響人客用餐。這真的須要改善。'

'Room ventilation does not work, so had to open window to keep it cooled with fresh air. Front desk staff was helpful, able to receive package delivery on behalf of me. Unfortunately the hotel could not accept international visa credit card so had to pay cash. Would like to call on the hotel to be more environment friendly, there is no need to change towels every day, but housekeeping staff was trained to clean up rooms every day despite saying no need. There is not much around the hotel, nearest...

'The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet. '

'Trata-se de um hotel tipico Chines. Decidimos experimentar. Nao nos sentimos acolhidos num primeiro momento, mas o serviço foi melhorando aos poucos. Taxistas sempre ficam em divida sobre o local do Hotel. O que nos chamou a atencao para selecionar o hotel foram as imagens do hotel disponíveis, contudo, ao chegar, arquitetura e decoracao não nos agradou. Não escolheriamos novamente.'

'This is a nice and grand looking hotel with decent service, large and clean bedroom, comfortable bed. It is also nice that the hotel does not have smell of cigarette anywhere. However, the shower in our room looked dirty and moldy and needed thorough cleaning. For the price we paid, this hotel is not recommended. '
