« I’ll start off with staff. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. No issues with him. While my kids were swimming, another staff member came in and yelled at them and told them if they broke anything, I’d be paying for it (they were throwing pool balls to each other, nothing that would have broken anything).
