'Amazing service'

'Issues with the cable box and wifi during majority of the stay. I had to do my own troubleshooting to resolve. Never staying here again.'

'There was dust webs. The picture on app is not what you get. Water stains and mold on ceiling.'

'I’ve stayed in three different Holiday Inns this year and by far this was the worst. The first room I looked at had hair in the bed and I had fix the chain on the commode. The second room they gave my side of the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend this Holiday Inn!!'

'Booked a non-smoking room but only had smoking when I arrived. Room had cockroaches and smelled bad.'

'No ice in ice machine, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired'
