'Dinner was excellent. Only problem was lack of WiFi in guest rooms.'

'Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us'

'Very close to airport; the manager organizes airport shuttle much cheaper than the airport taxi. Rooms are simple, but comfortable enough to rest in between trips. breakfast is good.'

'Room was ok and spacious. Bathroom in a very bad state. Toilet tank leaking on top of you. Mold and rusty equipment. Breakfast was basic, but coffee very good. Girl at reception/breakfast did a very good job. Worst part was the transfer arrangement: transfer from airport to hotel wasn’t arranged at all. Transfer from hotel to cruiseport was changed. First they asked if the change was ok. When we told them we didn’t agree with the change they told us to find an other transfer ourself! This all a...

'Very nice property. Staff excellent'

'Breakfast was fabulous, staff friendly and helpful, room clean, very basic, a 1-queen-bed room is tight for a couple. We had to change rooms because the first one had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. No food service other than breakfast, except for an array of overpriced vending machines crammed into the lobby. Airport shuttle was on time and convenient, but cost extra, plus there was a small additional tax that was not covered in the Expedia booking. Overall, a successful but very utilitarian...

'Very clean and phenomenal rooms. Nice balcony. The breakfast was fantastic. Very close to Rome airport. Little tricky checking in if you’re not tech savvy but we figured it out.'

'Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...

'We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved....
