'I’m not even sure where to start, but I guess from the beginning. We came here for my wife's birthday, it's literally all she wanted. We have also never been here before. So we arrive to valet from Orange ave and find out that it is not the valet for the front of the hotel ,no big. deal. They still took our car, but they did not tell us we could go up the stairs to walk through the courtyard to arrive at the reception area and check in. 'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '
