'Pool was out of service due to major renovation of pool.'

'Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. Obvious that hotel was incredibly...

'For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.'

'The Handicapped accessible room I had requested was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that this room is just a few steps from the bar. Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!'

'First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.'
