'Pool was out of service due to major renovation of pool.'

'The room was clean. A bit outdated but the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. No meat with the scrambled eggs. Only potatoes and biscuits and gravy. When we told them at checkout about a faulty heater/air conditioner, he said he didn’t know if maintenance would get to it because there was always something breaking down. I do not plan to come back to this motel. '

'For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking.'

'The Handicapped accessible room I had requested was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that this room is just a few steps from the bar. Saturday night's karaoke was SO LOUD we could hear the music through the walls until after 1 a.m. The music kept waking me up - and I was wearing earplugs!'

'First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done.'
