'VERY DISAPPOINTING MATTRESS The hotel room itself was clean and acceptable, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn out and provided very little support, making it difficult to get comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. After a long day of traveling, having a comfortable bed is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, and unfortunately, this mattress fell far short. 'Several things like soap dispensers were broken. For a room with two queen beds we were given two towels which was stingy. Tub was peeling and kind of worn out. Pool was tiny and water was kind of dirty. Carpets were stained. Smelled of very strong carpet scented cleaner which seemed like it was covering up how dirty it was.'

'Front desk staff are super friendly and willing to assist with anything. We checked in an hour early and were grateful to do so. However, upon check-in there was a huge stain on the bedskirt + crumbs in the bed. Upon talking to front staff housekeeping quickly attended the room and changed the bed skirt (this does make a person wonder if anything else gets missed when rooms are being cleaned).
