'Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. '

'Check in and explained to the front desk I have 2 reservations and that I would like to just stay in my got to room 835 and it did not have heat matienenace then came back with a room key saying I would have to switch rooms. This morning as I was heading out for business I was told the new room is already booked and I would have to pack my things and move to another room. What was the point of me telling them I didn’t want to change rooms? They assured me thatk. Now I’m being inconvenienced'
